There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $500 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
