The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18-minute drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport and a 10-minute walk to Indianapolis Station. It's also next to TJ Maxx and the circle, with direct sky bridge connection to various hotels and the convention center for convenience! Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $500 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am. No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and confirm your contact information. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
