There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $500 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 7 am each day.
