No smoking, parties, or pets are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $500 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
