The kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances, how cool is that? One bedroom has a king bed, the other a queen bed, and the rest of this proud-to-show-your-mom place is tastefully furnished, everything new. And to put the cherry on the top of the sundae of this offer, it's in the quaint seaside town of Carpinteria where you can get around by bicycle or even on foot, that is, if you decide not to take the town trolley. All utilities are included (except telephone) Sadly, there are rules. We say no pets but usually will break our own rules to allow an indoor-only cat, but we're really hard-core about our no-smoking policy. And we have a strong preference for having the rent paid on time! We're looking for a one year, six-month, three-month, or month-to-month lease. We can list only one price in this ad and we've listed the least expensive one which is for a one-year lease. Bumping down the time would increase the monthly cost: $5,000 for three or more months, $6,000 for one month.
