This place is totally remodeled, and it's "virgin", brand spanking new throughout. Tricked out with granite counters in the kitchen, stainless appliances, plank-style flooring. It's a half-block off the beach (that's the beach at the end of the block in the photos below) and that might cause you some angst 'cause you have an internal struggle deciding whether to surf or perambulate in the wildlife sanctuary that is directly across the street. Better yet, this pad is located in the cool and quaint town of Carpinteria where you can realistically get around by walking or bicycling - that is, if you decide not to take the town trolley. Rules, darn it! Ya gotta pay the rent, preferably on time ;-) and there's no smoking or pets. We might possibly break our own rules and allow an indoor-only cat.
