Most guests check out around 10a.m., so you must be dependable and available to clean promptly on scheduled checkout days. The number of cleanings will vary according to bookings. Usually 6-10 cleanings per month at $150 per time. This arrangement may work especially well for someone who works from home and can adjust their daytime schedule, or someone who normally works afternoon or evening hours. Cleanings usually take 1.5-2 hrs per time.
