If there are furnishings you don't need during your stay, we can discuss removing them before move-in whenever possible. Privacy The apartment is completely private with its own separate entrance. The upstairs and downstairs living spaces are fully separated, allowing both the homeowner and tenant to enjoy their own privacy and quiet living environment.
