Tenant has to pay hydro , water softener. Lawn meow and snow removal is part of renter responsibility. Disposal of garbage and recycling of trash should be managed by tenant. Any damage other than wear and tear caused normal usage of the property will be covered by tenants such as drywall damage, plumbing electrical damage , fixtures electrical appliances repair will be levied from the tenants security deposit. No smoking inside or around the property. Should not be used for any businesses purpose, illegal activity such as subleasing.
