The four openings in the front facade exhibit three different arch styles: segmented, round, and pointed. The pointed arch is located in the front gable, framed by the bargeboard and the cantilevered wooden balcony. Below the balcony is the round arch of the center entrance. The entrance is highlighted by a brickwork label and sidelights. The Heritage House is the finest example of many Gothic Revival houses in the district.
