We have been the only owners of this home. When we had the home built we wanted to make sure all the details were considered. Some of those little details include: instant hot water, soft water, water filtration, reverse osmosis, house wired for the capability of speaker system in every room, the large back patio also has the capability of speakers, there is a natural gas hook up for grilling, drainage systems for the yard, and a walk out basement. We had the soft water and filtration systems installed shortly after we moved in so all the taps and pipes are free of hard water. Our kids have loved the playground area and it is placed so that you can easily see the entire play set from the sliding door. All flower beds have been recently mulched 4/16/2016 with 2" deep bark. Also all flower beds have had topsoil brought in to raise the beds and allow for better planting. The garage has shelving throughout for storage and to organize tools. It is a 4 car garage and is very spacious. This home has been well taken care of home in a great location close to Parkside Elementary, Clinton Park, and 5 minutes away from the Clinton shopping center.
