Currently there is one renter-- male, with a very sweet french bulldog named Owen-- mellow-- loves pets, cuddles, and naps. Pets are welcome as long as they get along with Owen. The rooms that are available are on the top floor next to the master bedroom that is already being rented out. The full bathroom is also on this floor along with laundry. Open to discussing length of lease. 6 months-1 year preferable. Utilities will be split down the middle. Renters expected to shovel snow and keep up with removal of pet waste as well as keeping the home looking presentable weeding and lawn mowing-- HOA is included in rent. Landlord is very cool-- easy to contact and talk to.
