Perfect apartment for students or anyone that works at the University of Utah or the University of Utah Medical Center as it is 5 minutes to the U of U and 5 minutes to Westminster College. Nice eastside neighborhood with yard. Covered carport just outside door. Three minutes to Liberty Park. Five minutes to Sugarhouse which is a trendy area with lots of restaurants and stores. Grocery stores close by. Walmart is two minutes away. Bus stop close by. I will lease for 3 months or up to a year. If you stay after a year, it will go to a month-to-month lease. Deposit will be refunded in full if no damage but it will depend on the condition of the apartment when you move out. However, short term renters--they *normally* get all their deposit back. Call or text me with any questions, etc. I do accept a cat. *I may accept a small dog*, but It would be negotiable. Renter pays electric bill and gas bill and $50 towards water bill.
