Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, cable, satellite etc. Non smoking. No smoking of ANYTHING including Cigarettes, Cigars, Marijuana, Vaping and E-Cigs No subletting including Air BnB, VRBO No pets. I accept no more than 2 unrelated parties on the lease. So, earnings of approximately $8000 a month. The damage deposit is $4000. The move in cost is $6700. The lease is for one year. A third party company will check for criminal records, evictions, credit score, previous rentals and verify employment. The company provides me a report. The report is a Pass/Fail. You pay the report fee. The report fee last time I checked was $51. So, you will need to have good credit, good rental and employment history, no evictions and no bankruptcies or open collections.
