I am looking to sublease my apartment at Orion on Orpington starting ASAP and the lease lasts until August 2016 with the option to resign later. The rent is $550 per month with the option of a reserved parking spot for an extra $10 per month. The price is great because I have been here two years now and since I have resigned I kept the old price. The complex just got bought by a new company and they've upgraded a lot and are now asking $620 for the bigger room (which is what I have). As I said, the apartment was just bought by a new company and they have redone all the amenities. Most importantly, the internet just got an upgrade and we get about 35Mb/s download speeds even at peak hours which is really fast for student housing. We also have the premier bright house cable channels with On Demand. Also, they replaced the computers in their printing lab (which offers free printing 24 hours a day), they updated the lounge which has a pool table, a full kitchen, and some TV's for entertaining. The apartment I am subleasing is towards the back of the complex which is great because there is only one entrance and not much traffic comes through to the back. It's really quiet and everyone in the community is really nice. I have the larger bedroom and it has an on suite bathroom and a large walk in closet. The kitchen is really big and the living room is really spacious as well. The apartment is furnished and in the bedroom there is a double bed, two 2 drawer dressers (which can be stacked), and a desk. In the living room there is a lounge chair and a couch, a coffee table and end table, and a 42" flat screen TV. The current roommates are three guys who are fun and welcoming but also very courteous and respectful of each others space. One roommate is a civil engineer, one is an environmental engineer, and the last is studying journalism. The roommates are in the living room semi often but they're quiet and respectful of eachothers studying. The complex is located in a great spot, it is on orpington st which is right behind the publix on colonial and woodbury. You can get to publix, Wawa, and some great dining options without ever even driving on any street besides orprington (which is not busy at all). The access to woodbury also lets you quickly cut through research park to get to UCF and avoid the crazy traffic on alafaya. *This is a "sublease" but you will be taking over my lease through the office at the complex not working through me.* Feel free to call or text me with any questions! Thanks! Floorplan: Everything included with an electricity cap of $120 for the unit. (Overages split between all four roommates)
