Hello, I am looking for a someone (female only) to sublease my apartment in a 4 bedroom 4 bath student housing complex. It's located in Orion on Orpington. The room is available in June. There are 3 other girls (ages 20-22) living in the apartment, they are extremely friendly. We are all studious so there is barely, if ever much noise or distraction from the roommates. I really enjoyed living there but I am looking for a new apartment and it seems many are available sooner than I expected. Orion is conveniently located behind the Publix plaza on Woodbury and E. Colonial. There is also very easy access to the 408 and research park, easy to avoid traffic on Alafaya and East Colonial. 5 to 10 minutes from UCF, and very close to many food and shopping locations. The staff in the office is amazing. I have never had an issue with a maintenance call not being answered, or the staff being rude. They are always having events to make residents feel appreciated. The rent is $595.00, includes a claimed carport parking spot, internet/wifi, water and electric. The lease ends July 31st, but you are more than welcome to lease for fall Aug 2015 - July 2016, to avoid having to move out and find another place again. I have only provided photos of the model rooms, but if you wish to see my actual room I am more than happy to send photos upon request. Bedroom "C" is the room available for sublease and includes: - Tall full sized bed, with plenty of space beneath for storage - Desk - Two, two drawer cabinets - Large walk in closet with more than enough space for clothing/storage for one person - Private bathroom Located on the second floor of building 6 in the back of the complex.
