The neighborhood is quiet with awesome neighbors. This home is only a little over an hour to Orlando airport and all that Orlando has to offer. Perfect for family visits! Also about 1/2 hour to the beach, even closer to the Indian River. Palm Bay has all the amenities necessary for a busy life style. A large park, including dog park, and a new shopping center is only a mile away. Love this home but need to move closer to family.
