We have 2 rooms for rent in our beautiful 3 bed 2 bath home in Congress Park right off 13th and Madison St! Both rooms are upstairs with a small spare room between them and a bathroom. One male (30 yo) roommate lives downstairs and is looking for two more easy going, respectful people to take over the open rooms! Rent is $1000 a month plus utilities. Utilities range depending on the season (usually around $50-$60 a piece in summer and around $50-$100 a piece in the winter). Home amenities include- partially furnished bed room (bed, tv, and desk included), washer and dryer in the house, garage parking, back and front yard, patio, full kitchen, lots of shared space, and our kitty Dustpan for company. Neighborhood amenities include- corner store at the end of our street, lots of bars, restraints and music venues within walking distance from the house! *Special things to note: We have one cat and cannot have any more pets unfortunately. There is no more room on the main floor for furniture. The shared laundry room as attached to the west bedroom. West room can come with the furniture pictured or can be cleared out before move-in.* Room is currently vacant so early move-in is an option. One year lease. All three of us share the same lease.
