This newly remodeld apartment is really clean and nice. It is located on the top floor. It has large windows for great views. The home/mansion has a security entrance so you will feel safe. There is 1 off street parking for you. You only pay for power and internet. If you do not have a 575 credit score, we will accept a co-signer with you. There are no animals allowed. This home/mansion is very quiet. There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the building or 20 ft from any door or window. There is a strict rule of NO ONE is allowed on any roof. There would be a large fine and possible eviction and loss of deposit if someone goes onto roof or puts anything on roof. There is a $45 application fee per adult. The only utilities you would pay is for inside power for you unit and internet if you want. All maintenance is to be CALLED INTO THE OFFICE, not emailed, as soon as it is noticed. If tenant doesn't call in maintenance and it causes more damages the tenant will be responsible for those extra damages. We ask for 1 year lease, but if you need just a little shorter or longer that is possible.
