This unit is in the lower level of the mansion/house. It has been remolded and is cozy. It is nice and cool in the summer and nice and warm in the winter. The main house has security doors so you will feel safe. There is no smoking inside or within 20 ft of any door or window. All you pay for is your power and internet if you want one. The house is very quit and the other tenants are really nice and keep mostly to themselves. This unit is great for a student at the "U". It is within walking distance. There isn't laundry on sight, but there is one close by. Give us a call so you can see this unit. There is no smoking of any kind allowed on property. There are no animals allowed. From 10 PM to 8 AM the noise needs to be kept to a minimum. No one is allowed on any of the roofs or there is a fine and possible termination of lease and forfeit of your deposit. We would like 1 year lease. All maintenance is to be CALLED into the office as soon as it is noticed. If tenants do not CALL in maintenance and it causes more damage from not notify us by phone, tenants will be responsible for the repairs that are over and above. You will be given a code of your choice to enter the building. You can NOT give this code to your friends/family. You will need to let them into the building for safety of all.
