The house is nestled between a few homes with manicured park like landscaping and there are woods behind the house fairly close. There is a 15 by 10 covered porch at the entrance to the unit and is attached to a patio seating area with table and chairs and that patio is about 32 feet long off of that. The back yard, with a stone patio in it, is very private. The electric and gas are included in the rent.
