Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with Smart TVs, offering complimentary access to Netflix and Hulu, ensuring entertainment options for all. *NOISE ALERT* Please note that this is a vintage building with older soundproofing. Guests will occasionally hear footsteps from the unit above. To ensure your peaceful rest, we offer complimentary earplugs and white noise machines upon request. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest. * Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ... * Feminine Products.
