You will share the common spaces, including, the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry, with one suitemate. Sojourn offers a smartly furnished, flexible shared housing option for single people living in urban, beachside areas. When you book this co-living suite, you will be required to complete a traditional leasing application, which includes a credit check and criminal background check and the execution of a lease agreement. The application fee is $45. Sorry, no pets allowed! The apartment comes with great beach chairs. Your room comes with a queen bed, feather pillows, sevenfold towels, weather-down duvets, hangers, a closet and a set of chest-of-drawers. The entire home has central heat and air, a shared bathroom with your 1 other house-mate equipped with towels and soaps, a private patio, and a fabulous shared deck. Walk out your door, turn right, and bask in the privilege of being just steps away from the sea. Enjoy epic Chesapeake bay sunsets and the luxury of a quiet, safe beach. Each resident receives one parking space with in-out privileges.
