The landlord will conduct tenant screening using the landlord's screening provider. * Applicants must provide verifiable proof of employment and income. * Combined gross monthly household income should be at least three (3) times the monthly rent. * Credit history will be evaluated as part of the overall application. A credit score of 720 or higher is required; however, mitigating factors may be considered. * Positive rental history and satisfactory references from prior landlords are required. Consumer Reporting Agency Disclosure The landlord will obtain a consumer report for screening purposes. Consumer Reporting Agency: TransUnion Address: TransUnion Consumer Solutions P.O.
