Our home was completely remodeled in 2009 with a new kitchen, bathrooms, wall removed for an open floor plan, moldings everywhere, state of the art air-conditioning, hardwood floors added from the kitchen to the maids quarters with a double sized storage unit and parking for 4 cars. We purchased the condo for $630,000 in 2008 and invested $300,000 in the remodel. I am not selling my condo. I just wish the Zestimate was more accurate.
