    What's special

    Sitting on a little over an acre with fiberglass pool in the backyard. Gas fireplaces in the master bedroom and living room. Cherry hardwood floors throughout. Granite countertops in the kitchen. Shag carpet in the 3 main bedrooms. Marble in the master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and frameless glass rain shower. Tile in the two other bathrooms in the main part of the house. Large sunroom above the two car garage with deck. A library with floor to ceiling bookshelves is on the main side of the house right before the addition was added. The house is on a septic that was emptied in early August of 2022. The fence around the pool will need to be replaced. The HVAC on the main side of the house will need to be replaced as well.
