Our space is a modern design and furnished with all the amenities you'll need for a fantastic stay. We are conveniently nestled between Haywood Rd. and the French Broad River. The guest suite features a private entrance, a kitchenette equipped with prep area, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and plenty of cabinet space. Enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry and off-street parking. None of the space or amenities is shared with the homeowner above. I am looking for a month-to-month renter, ranging from 3-6 months, beginning January 6th, 2026. All utilities and maintenance will be paid by the homeowner. No smoking is allowed in the house or on the property; no appliances are permitted other than what's provided on site. Happy to make an exception for a Crock-pot or Instant Pot. No parties or overnight guests without written permission.
