The kitchen is shared but with a private fridge, and is very well equipped. Shower is shared. Theres a nice balcony that gets lots of sun, and a comfortable living room. Utilities and internet are included. Theres no ensuite laundry, but theres a coin laundry room downstairs. I have a small friendly dog, a young kitten and several reptiles and fish, if you don't like animals, this probably isn't the right place for you. I am happy to consider anyone wishing to bring their own pets, so that can be discussed. A Parking spot is available at an extra cost. Its possible to move in half a month early if desired, around Aug 15. NO MEN PLEASE DONT ASK The area includes: -sheridan right across the road -Bus stops right outside the building with easy access both to Oakville go and uptown core -plaza below has 24hr grocery store, hair salon, doctors office and pharmacy, dentist and several places to eat -walking distance to Oakville place mall -bubletea and board game cafe, and pub -several parks only minutes away on foot -theres a relatively wild ravine trail with a small river behind the building, great for everything from biking to nature photography.
