We bought this home new in May 2011. It is all brick with largest lot in the neighborhood. We added a large privacy fence, extended the already large deck and multiple other things since buying it. The roof is less than 4 years old. The hot water heater is less than 2 years old. The dishwasher is less than one year old. The carpet is less than 4 years old. There are some minor touch ups here and there that could be done. We also still have a few items to move out, but can have done at anytime.
