Currently it has 2 tiny homes available for rent (unit 22, 3) It is under new ownership and we are excited about the upcoming upgrades and improvements this year. Each tiny home is a one bedroom one bath nestled under mature pine trees. They will be available for showing after the 14th of January. Tenant pays all Utilities cost avg. 200$ per month. Some Pet are allowed. The first pet deposit is $350 and each addition pet is $100. All pet deposits are nonrefundable.
