Tumbaloo Creek Tiny Homes is a 22 tiny home community. Currently it has several tiny homes being renovated available for rent. It is under new ownership and we are excited about the upcoming upgrades and improvements this year. We are in the process of installing a security system, updated mail system, Laundry Mat and business center with Wi-Fi. Each tiny home is a one bedroom one bath nestled under mature pine trees. They are being remodel but you are welcome to look at them with a appointment. Tenant pays all Utilities cost 250$ per month. Only one pet per Home. Some Pet are not allowed. Pet deposit is $350. Pet deposit is nonrefundable.
