No pets. Please request application form which will detail tenant selection criteria. Tenant pays electric to TPU, and $75/mo to landlord for Water/Sewer/Garbage. Security deposit may be paid in installments. $500 holding fee at lease signing is applied to deposit. Additional $900 can be paid in two installments after move-in. (Total security deposit $1400)
