Utilities and Services: Tenant's Responsibility: Tenant shall be solely responsible for arranging and paying for all utilities and services for the Property for the entire duration of the lease term. This includes, but is not limited to: electricity, gas, water, wastewater, trash collection, recycling, internet service, cable television, and security system monitoring.
