We have two free rooms in a spacious historic home just south across the river from downtown Richmond that will be available April 1st. Rent for both rooms is $390 monthly, utilities around $80 and a deposit of $375 for each room. If a couple wanted to share a room rent would be $550 total for the room plus utilities. Would be a 12 month lease. As you can see in the photos they're large rooms with space for a queen bed and a desk. You'd be living with me, Emily, I'm 26 and work in retail, and Chris, a 25 year old guy that works full time in an office. The room shares a bathroom with two other roommates, Chris and the other new roommate. We have all the basics, a closet in your room, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and Fios internet. There's lots of space downstairs for furniture if you have it. We have a large fenced backyard. Parking is easy, there is an off-street parking spot and lots of street parking. There's a large open park like area right next door as well as a nice cafe 2 minutes walking distance from us. And we're close to ramps for 95 as well. We're easy going roommates and looking for the same. We keep common areas mostly clean/ organized, just basic pick up after yourself stuff.
