I am looking for someone to take over the lease of this apartment because I found a job out of state. It is $500 a month with all utilities (electric, gas, and water) included*. It is in the basement of a business so quiet hours are on Mondays and Tuesdays. You get your own parking spot. It is a perfect location, especially if you are a student at the University of Wyoming. It is a couple minute walk to Coe Library and the Union (which has coffee, food, and basic necessities) and a couple minute drive to either uptown or downtown. It is a cozy, clean apartment with a private entrance. It is very warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It is mostly unfurnished with a few exceptions. It is a 1 bedroom but there is a studio/work space with a desk (which I think is pretty cool). There is also an entryway, kitchen (with fridge, stove, microwave), living room and dining area. I have enjoyed living there very much. Please contact me if you are interested! *It is a $500 deposit and if you sign the lease for the 13th I will ask for only $150 for rent rather than the $290 it costs for the rest of the month - This is equal to10 days rent free! Total down is only $650! The lease expires July 31. I'm looking for someone to take over the rest of my existing lease term.
