The apartment is in the lower level (basement) of my home; there is a shared entry, but it is 'semi-private' and leads directly down to the apartment. (the patio door leads to a landing which leads directly to stairs that go down to the apartment entry). The apartment is very nice in all respects: Brand new/quality kitchen w/all stainless appliances; fully carpeted except kitchen & bath; egress windows in both bedrooms; nicely tiled bathroom w/walk in shower; good natural light, plus enhanced lighting; storage area in unit; some additional garage storage; shared use of rear yard & patio. including grill; dedicated/individual driveway parking. Will consider well-behaved and well-cared, and not oversized dog - a female dog is preferred as my Australian Cattle dog has some dominant traits but is very friendly. No smokers. The $1350 rent (includes everything) is for one person. May consider renting to 2-persons for increased rent. I am offering 1/2 months free rent to the selected tenant, and or may consider a slightly reduced rent based on our 'COVID' affected economy. Please note that the 850 square foot measurement is actual/net square feet. $1,350 is for one person (one occupant is preferred). I would consider renting to two (2) persons, in which case rent would be ~$1,550. As a reminder, the $1,350 rent (or $1,550 for two persons) includes ALL utilities and amenities (heat, electric, cable (including HBO), Wi/Fi, water/sewer, garbage. )
