It's a basement apartment but it's nice and comes complete with all utilities and multiple amenities. NOTE: For multiple reasons, I will only rent to one person with one automoblie; I may consider an adult with a younger child. Access to the apartment is from shared rear patio door (patio door leads to landing adjoining my kitchen - stairs go directly down to landing and apartment entry). Rent includes everything: Heat, Electric, Cable TV (including HBO), Internet, Shared Washer/Dryer at basement landing; Water/Sewer, Garbage/Recycling. One dedicated driveway parking space. Use of rear-patio and rear yard. Some storage space in apartment; some garage storage space available. Apartment is~800 square feet (finished). Quality/large kitchen with all stainless appliances; nice bathroom is walk-in-shower; each bedroom has egress windows which ad to decent natural light. The neighborhood is quiet and appealing; great proximity to local parks, stores, services, etc. The tenant I seek: Must be quiet, responsible, mature, non-smoker. I have a friendly dog; tenant must not 'dislike' dogs. Tenant may have an approriate dog (not overly large, not yappy, well-behaved, well-cared for.) Inside-only cat acceptable. My dog is a Red Heeler/Shepard mix; he has some alpha characteristics but is very friendly. A female dog may be preferred for compatibility, but that's not automatic; it depends.
