Pendleton / Ziegler Park is arguably the best neighborhood in all of downtown, safe and clean, but only a short walk to everything that Over the Rhine and downtown have to offer. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. If an unauthorized party is thrown, charges may be pressed for criminal trespass, and guests may be arrested and prosecuted. Whether behavior constitutes a party is determined at the sole discretion of the host. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8 am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored, the reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Do not smoke or light anything in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing team members, will result in termination of the reservation without refund. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees or other costs are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
