I am posting as current tenant. We are looking for someone to take over our lease in our AMAZING rowhome in the heart of the city (western edge of washington square west). Seriously this location is amazing WITHOUT being too noisy at night at all. This is a 2 bedroom and 1.5 baths. There is one large bedroom with a closet and a smaller bedroom that does not have a closet but does have access to a very cute outdoor patio. The ground floor has a HUGE garage that fit our pick-up and a motorcycle. Between the garage and large walk-closet on first floor, there is PLENTY of storage. There is a laundry room in the garage. Rent is $2400 per month, first last and security deposit due to the property management company. Must have good credit, pass background check, and submit an application with the property management company (app fee is $65). You will sign a new 12 month lease! Ideal move in date is Feb 15th and next tenant would need to have the lease SIGNED by Jan 10th. There is possibly some flexibility to move in sooner, but this would require an earlier commitment. Tenant pays water/electric/gas/internet.
