Howdy! My wife and I had to move to TN and are looking for new tenants to for our home to bless. We love this space: it was built a while ago, but was remodeled in 2016 and looks super modern and cozy inside. Our location is sa-weeeet; we can throw a stone to Torchy's, can walk to Starbucks, Home Depot, HEB, Chilantro, the farmers market and more. We regularly have sidewalk beers/happy hours with our neighbors. The gas grill makes cooking fun and easy, there's a community garden and green space if you'd got a green thumb or would like to try it out. The condo comes with two parking spaces and has plenty of visitor spots. We are dog and cat friendly, but no smoking please! If you're an individual who needs help finding a roommate, please let me know and I can introduce and pair future roomies together :) Water, gas, trash are covered in rent, electricity and internet are not. Electric is ~$50-80/month cats/small dogs are welcome No smoking 2 parking spots come with the space 1 year lease
