Quiet location off of the main street, yet still easy walking distance to all that Conshohocken has to offer: restaurants, bars, cafes, river trail and train stations. Note: carpet in all carpeted areas is newly installed in June 2024. Shown in last 6 pictures. Earlier pictures shown with furniture have previous carpet, which has been replaced. The house is available for lease beginning on June 13. House is currently tenant occupied, showings will be by appointment only and will begin the week of April 14. Showing dates / times will be available weekdays and weekends, primarily in the evenings although accommodations can potentially be made for other times. Tenants will transfer Peco (electricity and gas) to their name and pay this bill directly; same with cable / internet. Water and sewer bills will be paid by landlord, with tenant reimbursement within 21 days. Trash and recycling service are included. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the lawn and yard, landlord provides a lawnmower. First month & last month's rent along with security deposit are required with lease signing. Credit and background checks will be performed with application. $25 fee per adult applicant, this fee will be refunded if another tenant is selected and your background checks are not performed. I use my own application and my own lease. I do not use Zillow's system for paperwork or handling of funds. Preference may be given for tenants with no pets. Small dogs are considered, requires owner meeting and approval of the dog. An additional deposit and additional pet rent of $50/month may be required.
