The fall colors are amazing! It's the middle level unit of a triplex. Simply park and walk right in! Mama bear is extra spacious at nearly 1000 sf and has a private deck. Enjoy granite counters, a marble vanity, and rustic log furnishings. Eat at the huge kitchen counter or at the dining table. Play air hockey, board games or cozy up by the fireplace! Other things to note about the Complex The triplex log cabin has 3 levels, each with a single-level apartment with all rooms on the same level. Smoky mama bear is the unit on the middle/main level. The Parking area is at the middle level. Mama bear guests have no stairs to climb! All 3 units have entrances on different sides of the building and is private from the other units. The Parking lot is shared, and each unit has space for 2 vehicles. The lower level unit Papa Bear has exclusive access to the only hot tub In the building, and it is not to be shared with the middle or upper units. The Fire pit is located at the end of the parking area on the middle level. The fire pit is shared by all 3 units, first come first serve or hang out with new friends. Fire wood is not provided, so please plan accordingly if you wish to use the fire pit if it is available. It is the guest/ tenant's responsibility to make sure that there is not an active local burn ban in place before using the grill or the fire pit. Max term 3 months short term lease.
