It's the top level of a triplex with its own private entrance, up just 1 flight of stairs from the main parking area. Baby bear is extra spacious nearly 1000 sf and has a private balcony at the front and back doors. Extra spacious storage with huge closets, tall vaulted ceilings, and seasonal mountain views are key features of this lovely condo. In each unit you have a full kitchen with full size appliances and washer and dryer as well! There is a fire pit by the parking lot to share with the other 2 units below you. Granite counters, a marble vanity, and a relaxing shiatsu massage chair all add to your luxury experience! Other things to note about the Complex The triplex log cabin has 3 levels, each with a single-level apartment with all rooms on the same level. All 3 units have entrances on different sides of the building and is private from the other units. The Parking lot is shared, and each unit has space for 2 vehicles. Anytime a unit is not being occupied by a long term or mid-term tenant, it would be listed on Airbnb and rented that way. The lower level unit Papa Bear has exclusive access to the only hot tub In the building, and it is not to be shared with the middle or upper units. The Fire pit is located at the end of the parking area on the middle level. The fire pit is shared by all 3 units, first come first serve or hang out with new friends. Fire wood is not provided, so please plan accordingly if you wish to use the fire pit if it is available.
