We are renting out our 3/2 home that was remodeled several years ago. The flooring is laminate flooring, with tile in the family room. All of the windows are newer and energy efficient. There is crown molding throughout the house, ceiling fans in every room, along with recessed lighting. The kitchen has granite tile, and newer appliances. The cabinets will be refinished as well. The backyard is fully landscaped and beautiful in the fall and spring, the front yard is well landscaped as well. Gardener is paid for. PLEASE READ: We have kept the rent low because we will need to store and occasionally access the garage (will give 24 hour notice.) We also will be storing our Airstream on the side of the house, and accessing it 2-3 days a week without notice - we do not enter the house, or the backyard.
