Hello. We have some great apartments becoming available at Towne Manor on September 7th. This is a rare occasion, as residents usually don't leave their apartments at this location. Why? Because it's awesome. It's inexpensive at $525 per month. It's about 700 square feet. The crime violent crime rate in Moore is incredibly low, and the school system is rated as excellent by the federal government. The only reason we have upcoming vacancies is because prices weren't raised in many years, until this month many of these people were paying $400 for these rental properties. The photos below are for an apartment that is preleased for August. But I took these photos today, and this is the layout and quality of these apartments. Each comes with it's own patio or balcony. There is digitally controlled A/C and heating. Residents of Towne Manor have reserved parking, a private, spacious and fenced off communal lawn. 8-5 Monday through Friday maintenance staff, and access to Springs of Moore's swimming pool and laundry facility. There is also a laudry-mat directly behind these apartments. Please, no pets.
