Towne Manor has awesome apartments. Well, I think they're awesome. I'd happily live here. Whether they actually inspire awe is debatable, but I assure you they're great quality at a great location for an affordable price. The price is $525 per month. Here's what we offer. A small, fenced off apartment community, with reserved parking and a pastoral green landscape. Towne Manor has a sense of privacy, which is rare in apartment communities. It's tucked away off the main road, but still just down the street from the highway making it perfect for commuters. These are about 700 square feet one bedroom, one bath apartments with central heat and air, and either a balcony or a patio. People living at Towne Manor have access to the Springs of Moore swimming pool, laundry facility and nine-to-five, Monday-through-Friday maintenance staff. This is just across 12th street. Then there's the town. Moore's school system is excellent. A federal committee rated it well above the national average. The violent crime rate in Moore is incredibly low. Our residents generally don't leave Towne Manor. They genuinely like it here. So it is rare to have a vacancy. An apartment will be available in early August, and another in early September.
