A few years ago, we re-did the kitchen and put in beautiful cherry kitchen cabinets. At that time we also did a remodel of the bathroom. For some people the skinniness of the bedrooms can be a big disadvantage, so please only inquire if you are open to long and skinny bedrooms. Br #1 7' x 13' 8" Br #2 7' x 12' 3" Br #3 7' x 8' 4" -- Can be used as a bedroom, but because it is small, this functions best as an "extra room" for storage, office, toy room, etc... Sorry that the tub was not clean at the time the bathroom picture was taken!! The bedrooms in this apartment are not large and they do not have closets. The laundry equipment is NOT shared with the people in the lower apartment. (Their laundry equipment is inside their apartment so the basement is mostly for your use.)
