This is the 1st floor of a house. Although the place is nice and has been remodeled... if you are people that needs a LOT of space, this will NOT be the place for you. There are 2 larger bedrooms + 1 smaller bedroom. However, the living room and kitchen are NOT large. Most residents choose to put a table in the kitchen right in the middle of the room, but it can be a little crowded. Others have put a table up against the wall. There is not a separate dining room.
