Important to note that only tenants with a 650 plus credit score will be considered. 2. Purpose of renting. Local or out of town. Length of Lease looking for. Minimum stay is 30 days up to 6 months. If longer stays required please discuss with owner. 3. Only up to 6 people will be allowed to occupy the house during tenancy. 4. Small pets are allowed if you have pets, one maximum. Would like to know type of pet, size and weight. Must be house trained and picked up after. No large dogs are permitted inside the house. There is a one time non-refundable pet fee in the amount of $150. No smoking is allowed inside the house. Tenant will be responsible to contact assistant manager if anything is not servicing correctly or broken. There is a non-refundable one time cleaning fee in the amount of $150.00 charged up front. If you wish cleaning service during your stay that can be arranged at tenant's cost. Tenant will be responsible for Internet/WiFi service OR pay a monthly rate of $110 to Owner for Internet Service. Owner can keep these under their name and will bill the tenant monthly. Tenant will be responsible for their own utilities. Tenant will be responsible for keeping the yard mowed as to not allow grass to grow unattended to avoid HOA violation fees.
