Our community is quiet and safe, plus very conveniently located near interstates, and you can zip over the river into downtown Harrisburg. There is a beautiful public kayak and boat launch nearby, but we are NOT in the flood plain. Many tenants are long-term because they love it here! We are not owned by a large, impersonal company, but the building is family owned and managed. We care about our residents and maintain the apartments well. The rent is $1,195/month, and water, sewer, and trash removal are a flat $75/month. Tenants pay the electric bill. A 12 month lease, security deposit, and renter's insurance are required.
